Frequently asked questions
Is registration free?
Yes. Creating an account, listing your business and products, and ordering are all free.
Which businesses can join?
Factories, farms, packhouses, fish farms, livestock, poultry, dairy, apiaries and handicraft workshops — each gets its own portal and export page.
How long does verification take?
Usually 1–3 working days. Your page is visible right away; the green "Verified" badge appears after review. Uploading your commercial register and certificates speeds it up.
Do I pay online when I order?
No. The supplier confirms the final price, shipping cost and payment terms first. You track every step from your account.
Why can an order only include one supplier?
Each supplier prices, ships and confirms separately. If you add a product from another supplier, the site asks you to finish the current order or start a new cart.
I did not receive the verification code.
Check the Spam folder, make sure the email is spelled correctly, then press "Resend code" on the verification page.
